THE CABINETS, BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, ARE COMPLETELY MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL:
The stainless steel exterior and interior assure long-term durability, while four non-scratch plastic feet give stability and prevent the unit from sliding or leaving scratches on your prep table.
PANS IN THE SIZE OF 10 1/6 WITH COVERS:
Ten stainless steel sixth-size pans with coverings are included in the Arctic Air ACP55 countertop prep set. Items like sliced tomatoes, pickles, relish, onions, and more can be stored in this container.
The R600a refrigerant is used in a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system, which provides consistent and uniform cooling throughout the unit.
The refrigerated area is protected by a stainless steel lid.
Although a glass sneezeguard kit (#65300K) is available, each kit only includes one glass top and fittings for use with the ACP55.
